Workout videos are designed for men and women of all ages and exercise levels. The exercises are meant to strengthen, condition, increase flexibility, and tone your entire body.
Commercial sample for workout videos has appeared on Lifetime, Soaps, E, and other major television stations. Workout video sample air during the 2008 summer olympics. Abs workout was ranked 20th out of the top 40 workout videos in the USA and Canada in 2009.
This workout Video provides the option to choose specific routines based on your available time and mood, and is broken down into seven categories:
1 Warm-up jog
2 Beginning stretches
3 Workout (dumbbells/ankle weights)
4 Cardio
5 Abs workouts
6 Cool-down stretches
7 Bonus workouts
Exercising and practicing good eating habits at a younger age enabled Junior Hyman to excel in several different sports, and helped him to grow into a strong and healthy adult. He currently exercise an average of 2-4 hours per month.

DVD1 and DVD2 are currently being used as part of his Get On Track To A Healthier Youth program. This program includes going to schools and speaking to students about the importance of exercising at a younger age. Program is geared towards Middle and High school students.
